FAQ
RESERVATIONS: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at time of booking. Upon receiving the deposit a confirmation of your booking will be sent via e-mail. This deposit will be deducted from the total owing for your reservation upon completion of the rental term.
PAYMENT: Can be made in full at time of booking or no later than 30 days prior to reservation. If payment has not been received 30 days prior to booking the Company reserves the right to change or cancel the booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500 Fee is added as a security deposit to ensure reservation
TAX: Is charged according to the laws of the Province or Country the equipment is rented in.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
-No fee for reservations cancelled within 3 days of making reservation
-From time of booking to 30 days prior to reservation date $500
-Up to 15 days before reservation date THE COMPANY keeps 50% of rental charges
-Up to 7 days before reservation date THE COMPANY keeps 75% of rental charges
-No show THE COMPANY keeps 100% of the rental charges
MyGlobalRentals inc. will not refund any reservation that has been cancelled for any reason including but not limited to missed, cancelled, no show, act of war, act of mother nature, natural disasters or act of terrorism.
RENTAL EXTENSION: An extension may be possible if the unit rented is available and regular daily rental rates will apply.
TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS: Any 407 toll charges will be your responsibility and charged to credit card plus an admin fee of $50
DELIVERY:
Up to 100km is $239
Up to 200km is $299
Up to 300km is $349
Pickup in Norwood is Free
ANIMALS AND SMOKING: Is NOT permitted in any of our units. If you smoke or have pets in any of our units a $200 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card.
TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS: Any traffic violations such as speeding, parking tickets, DUI, careless driving, driving without a license or any other violations are the responsibility of the RENTER.
RETURNS: All equipment must be returned by 13:00 hours (1PM) on the date of return. Late return may result in additional charges.
Septic must be dumped at the end of rental. Failure to do so would result in a $150,00 Added Fee
REPAIRS AND BREAKDOWNS: The RENTER acknowledges that mechanical and electrical breakdowns happen from time to time. THE COMPANY keeps all equipment in good working order and performs preventative maintenance regularly. The renter or participant agrees to hold the Company harmless from and against any and all loss of time, transportation costs, inconvenience, loss of food in the vehicle and any and all expenses resulting from such contingency in the event of mechanical failure or breakdown. Any repairs needed due to mechanical or manufacture defect will be at THE COMPANY responsibility to repair. If damage is due to neglect or an accident all repairs will be at THE RENTERS expense
PREPARATION FEE: There is a $75 preparation fee with every trailer rental which includes the following items for your convenience.
-1 full propane tank (no need to refill before returning)
-BBQ to use
-Leveling blocks
-Wheel blocks
-Crank for leveling jacks
-First Aid kit
-Rubber gloves
-Toolkit
-Broom and dustpan
-Trash bin
-Toilet paper
-Fresh water hose
-Septic hose
-Fire Extinguisher
-Pots, pans, plates, bowls, juice cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses
-Forks, spoons, butter knives, steak knives, can opener, corkscrew
-spatula, wooden spoon, ladle, cutting board, whisk, carving knife
-Coffee maker and kettle for tea
-Toaster
CONVENIENCE PACKAGE: Available upon request for $100. Items included are:
-Bed sheets, pillow covers and pillows for all beds
-Shower towels, face cloths, hand towels, dish towels
